Area of Discipline / Professional Expertise:
- Athletic Training
Research:
- My general area of research is the study of neuromechanics related to joint injury and rehabilitation. More specifically I deal with the dynamic restraint system the body uses to protect the joint during activity. I am currently developing treatment interventions that will decrease the incidence of joint injury and help therapists return the physically active to to full activity less susceptible to reinjuring the joint.
